Pandora's BoxTo open it up, she was forbidden. Reveal the lies and unmask the hidden. Awaiting the fate she cannot stop, She closes her eyes and removes the top. The dark spills out across the floor, Spreads to the windows and under the door. It climbs up the walls and to the ceiling, Splitting the paint with its empty meaning. Reaching the light, it takes a turn, Cracks the bulb and starts to burn. As prized possessions start to spoil, Heat entwines the secret coil. The railing grows weak and the stairs collapse, All glass shatters as a fragile wire snaps. The rotting wooPandora's Box
